Spoon & Spade is a small female-owned business in Victoria on Vancouver Island. Chef Toni has a Culinary Arts diploma and over 10 years of industry experience. Katie brings her art and aesthetic touch, as well as her passion for florals, and together this creates artfully designed grazes and culinary experiences.
