You’ll fill out a quick questionnaire, and then leave it all with me. I’ll scout the perfect location, recommend trusted local vendors, and build a timeline that keeps everything flowing with ease.

4. Your Day, Your Way

When the day arrives, all you have to do is wake up, take a deep breath and enjoy it. Every detail is handled—from the florals in your hands to the camera clicks in the background—so you can be fully present.

3. Guidance Every Step of the Way

Expect gentle reminders, honest advice, and a lot of laughter along the way. I’ll stay one step ahead so you never have to worry about what comes next.

5. Memories That Last

Within a week, you’ll receive a sneak peek of your images, followed by your full gallery within 90 days. Photographs that feel like the day itself… calm, emotional, and joy-filled.

Most couples invest around $6,800 for their all-inclusive elopement experience. The final cost depends on your chosen location, vendors and travel because every celebration is unique.

Here’s what most couples want to know

Forget the dictionary definition. To elope simply means choosing connection and intention over chaos—leaving behind the big wedding stress for something small, meaningful, and entirely about the two of you (and maybe a few guests).
This is one of my favourite parts of the process. Once you’re booked in, we’ll explore what kind of settings feel most you—coastal, forest, or mountaintop. I’ll then send over a curated list of my top recommended locations, complete with photos and links, so you can choose your perfect spot.
You’re in luck! My second photographer doubles as one witness, and if we need another, we’ll happily recruit a friendly passerby—it always adds a great story to your day. If you prefer, you can also bring two loved ones to sign as witnesses.
Nope. That’s part of what I do for you. Vancouver Island Elopement is a one-stop experience that takes care of every last detail—vendors, timelines, logistics, all of it—so you don’t need to worry about a thing.
You’re not alone. Most couples say this before the day, and within minutes they’re laughing, relaxed, and completely themselves. I’ll guide you with prompts, we’ll play your favourite music, and before you know it, it’ll feel like hanging out with an old friend who happens to have a camera.
No problem at all. I always bring vow books and pens so you can write or finalize them on the day. In fact, taking a few quiet moments before the ceremony to write them together often becomes one of the most meaningful parts of the experience.
Every elopement is completely customizable. If there’s something you don’t need—hair and makeup, florals, or another vendor—we’ll simply adjust your package. Your elopement should fit you, not the other way around.
That’s totally fine! Most couples book 3–4 hours so we can capture everything from getting ready to portraits and a little post-ceremony celebration. But if you prefer something shorter, we can tailor the coverage to suit your plans and priorities.
